Do I Have to Pay Shipping, Handling, And Sales Tax Charges for Items Ordered?
No, shipping, handling, and sales tax are included for each item.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most items are in stock and shipped via standard ground service. Other items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped according to the manufacturer's shipping guidelines. Please note, items consisting of multiple pieces, or orders containing multiple items may ship separately. A signature may be required upon delivery of your item to ensure receipt of the merchandise.
How Long Does It Take for My Order to Ship?
In-stock items, shipping within the United States, will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Approximately 10% of our orders ship directly from the manufacturer. These drop-shipped orders can take up to six weeks for delivery.
Can I Cancel an Order Once It Is Placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
What Is the Return Policy?
All redemptions are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed.

How are Gifts redeemed?
You will receive a code from your rewards team. Gift Station registration is required. Upon visiting the Gift Station site, create an account with an email address, password, mailing address and phone number. Then, enter the code received to be shown all available gifts to choose from. Once a gift is selected, add to cart and check out. Currency is the gift code only, no other payment information is collected. Each code is valid for the redemption of 1 gift option.
Is there a deadline for guests to redeem a Gift Station Code?
Yes, this deadline will be communicated by your rewards team at the time of code distribution. Each event will have its own code valid times.
